Friday was in the corner again. And as always, the food was great (where else can you get cuddly soup or local porcini mushrooms in cream with spinach dumplings?), The service friendly, the wine was perfect and the beer helped to quench your thirst. Always my pleasure.

When re-ordering, you couldn't see the waitress for a long time, even though my table was the only one! What was extremely annoying were these 6 cardboard boxes that were placed on the benches and chairs! What knowledge do these figures have? That it looks like a fuller bar? Otherwise, the service was really nice, which justifies the second star! But was still very delivered! Food was good which justifies the 3rd star in my eyes! Otherwise there was nothing like that what my prescribers now noted! Do these belong to the pub crew? No offense, wasn't our taste!

Very tasty German cuisine. Impressively creative daily menu and not awarded for nothing. All classic German dishes are represented and are complemented by seasonal dishes. The service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nicely furnished and there is a cozy beer garden hidden behind the house. Highly recommended, one of the best restaurants with German cuisine in the area.

Very good lunch menu at affordable prices (approx. € 20) you can also sit in the backyard. A delicious vegetarian dish was also on the menu of the day. I can only recommend it.

Great menu with monthly changing specialties and otherwise something for a snack or a snack in between. In addition, many types of beer on tap. We will be back on our next vacation in Heidenheim.

Discovered this place on the way home, hmmm well, the first impression was, the main thing was to eat. We were thoroughly amazed and delighted by the cozy inner courtyard. Great Swabian restaurant! Lovingly furnished in a rustic style. We had made reservations and arrived too early and still we were able to get to our table. Our conditions were very nice and friendly! Really great. We had to wait a little longer for our food, but it was worth the wait. Totally tasty and fair prices. We will be back definitely!

Meet regularly there for years for "girls get-together." Always very happy with food and service! Quaint and precious, one of the few restaurants in the Swabian town of Heidenheim.

Does not look very inviting at first glance, but it's worth eating here! We were spontaneously here and there was only the afternoon card, which is quite small, but we have all found it. Everything tasted great too. I suspect the afternoon menu is cheaper than the rest, as I can not confirm the high prices.

Looking for classic German meal this is the place to be in Heidenheim. Chef and his family are welcoming and helps you with choosing the best dish. You need reservation if you are with a group. They host parties and dinner. Must try Deer and Soup of the day, Serve coffee as well!
